Link a project wallet
Connect a community planet to a wallet with a signature and proof from its established website.
A community showcase can link a public project or treasury wallet after two checks: a project-specific wallet signature and a matching proof file on the project’s established official website.
Know which address you are linking
The token mint identifies the asset used for the planet’s research links. The signing wallet is the operator proving control. The public project wallet is the address visitors can open in Wallet Watch; it may be the signing wallet or a separately designated treasury.
A multisig treasury can be designated as the public address. This flow does not claim that its vault signed a normal wallet message or that one member’s signature proves a governance decision. The website proof explicitly identifies the operator and the address being designated.
Connect a wallet
- Open the project planet, scroll to Project identity and choose Link project wallet. Sign in when prompted.
- Enter the public wallet address, or leave it blank to use the signing wallet. Choose Project / operations or Treasury.
- Connect Phantom and review the message. Check the project, exact token mint, signing address, public wallet and action before signing. The challenge expires in five minutes and can be used once.
- Publish the exact generated JSON at the displayed
/.well-known/parallax-wallet.jsonpath on the project’s predefined official website. - Select Check website proof. The association becomes public only when the signature and website document match.
Wallet signing requests no transaction, transfer, spending approval or payment. On mobile, use the Open in Phantom link if the regular browser cannot access Phantom.
Why the website matters
Signing alone confirms wallet control. The matching document on the established project domain supplies the evidence connecting that wallet to the project. PARALLAX checks only its predefined HTTPS proof address; a claimant cannot substitute an unrelated domain or redirect the check elsewhere.
The proof records the exact project, Solana mint, network, action, operator, designated wallet, unique challenge and expiry. Copy the generated file exactly. Upload and check it within 24 hours. A missing, redirected, expired or mismatched file leaves the request unpublished.
What the verification means
Verified via project website is a scoped website-to-wallet association. It is not a project audit, investment endorsement, partnership announcement or grant of planet editing rights. Existing creator permissions continue to require their own account and wallet checks. SolHandle ownership remains an independent display identity.
Research links use the exact Solana token mint. PARALLAX does not select an official wallet by guessing from token holders, historical launch accounts or mint authorities.
Review the public file
The JSON you publish makes the operator and designated wallet addresses public on your website. Use an appropriate operational wallet if your treasury uses separate custody. PARALLAX’s public wallet-status response exposes the designated address, role, proof source and verification dates; it does not expose account identifiers, signatures or pending requests.
Refresh or remove the link
A verified association has an explicit 30-day validity window. Refresh it through a new signing challenge and a new matching website document. The check and expiry dates are displayed with the link.
The original account can remove its association by signing a fresh removal message with the recorded operator wallet. This removes the public wallet link without changing the token mint, saved personal watchlists or existing creator permissions.
